- Forgive my cross-posting to so many groups, but these are groups to which Dirk
- has posted.
-
- WARNING: do not do deal with Dirk James Rokicki (e-mail "mortuus@netcom.com").
-
- He is a THIEF and a LIAR. Many on the net have been his victims. Dirk will do
- one of two things when you sell him an item:
- 1) If you send it UPS COD and fail to indicate that the COD is "cash
- only", then he will write a personal check which will surely bounce like all good
- rubber products.
- 2) If yo send the package properly labeled as a "cash only" COD,
- then he will refuse delivery. (His intent is to steal an item, not to buy it!)
-
- I ask that any victims of this thief please send me details of your failed
- transaction, because I am compiling a list of victims/names/transactions so that I
- can prosecute. Those of you who fell into category (2), please respond as well
- because this--in conjunction with victims falling into category 1--demonstrates
- intent to steal. I intend that Dirk spend time in jail for check fraud.
-
- Greg
-
- P.S. I fell into category 1, when I checked the UPS "cash only box" but failed to
- spell it out on the "special instructions" line.

- I ask that you give me two weeks. I realize that this is the same
- thing I said a year ago, but that is how much time I need. I have little
- spare money right now, but will be able to cover this when my next paycheck
- clears. I thank you for allowing me a little consideration, despite your
- opinion that I do not deserve it.
